Yes, ladies and gents, I have finally given you all a song that you may listen to while reading this thing accused of being a blog. Well, today, I spent most of it drinkin’ Orange Fanta (delish) and hanging with mah buddies Sara and Leo. But for 1 out of those four hours (the other 20 hours I was either sleeping or drinkin’ Orange Fanta) Sara and I were watching Harry Potter: Order of the Phoenix with her totally kick-donkey grandma.
Now most grandma’s nowadays tend to live far far farrr away or not in the same h0use. Not only that, but every time they come over they hug you, kiss you, say they wuvv youu (…) and give ya cookies, right?

No. Not this grandma

She totally dominates over sissy grandmothers. She lives with Sara and according to Sar this is what has to be known as the truth:
“When grandmas live away from you, they love you and blahdy blahdy blah… When they live with you, they live in SPITE of you.”
And that, my readers is just the beginning of how awesome this grandma is.

Yes, Christmas has come and gone, oh so quickly (as will New Years), and we all know that Miss Sara (me!) got a new computer. [If I didn't mention that in the last post, I'm deeply and eternally sorry.] And now, I can continue making polls for you, my readers!

Now, about my day.
If I were to sum it all up into one sentence, it’d be pretty simple.

 It was rather bittersweet, with a sprinkle of death betrayal.

Yeah, my kinda slutty friend came over and totally was hitting on my somewhat-good-looking neighbor (who’s totally a player!), when I had simply gotten over him only a couple days ago. She was practically straddling him, holding him by the hips, and other sexual-like positions. I was ready to go into his kitchen and start slitting up my wrists.
I know that sounded not like me, but I’ve only posted nine posts.
If you don’t know me in person, you barely know me at all.

Thank the Lord Leo was there, or else I wouldn’t have gotten through the day. But the thing that really irritating me, was that he was kinda giving into her seduciveness, but not completely. They didn’t kiss, but the did all those things I listed earlier. Not only that, but after me and her went back to my house, he called her on her cell phone asking to call him back later and that he wanted to talk to her this evening.

I wanted to flippin cry my eyes out.
[Yeah, you still don't know much 'bout me, do you?]

But, she continued braggin about how much she was now head over heels for my neighbor and how she could tell he was into her.
That’s all I’m gonna vent for you guys.

Hey there lovers, haters, in-betweens, and halfsies. I have returned from the dead :]

But, yeah, other than that a LOT has been happening in my little ol’ place in who-knows-where ;]
[Thats why I haven't posted in a while...]

But, this entire vacay has been great (winter break, heard of it?).
I saw the Dark Knight with a bunch of friends – it kicked ass.
No, it kicked ass hard. If you haven’t seen it, see it.
Or else I will personally kick your ass.

But thats besides the point: It’s flippin’ Christmas!
It’s always nice to sit by the invisible fireplace next to the amazingly luminescent (…might have to visit dictionary.com for that one) But anyway: this year’s Christmas was p r e t t y fun.

Sara got to spend time with family, eat good home-cooking, and get some pretty badass presents
This is how Christmas goes in the ________ Familia.
First: we socialize. We eat empanadas, pasteles, and pretty much drink Sangria (well, the adults do, anyway). Then we pray and begin our meal, socialize some more, and do that for about an hour and a half. Afterwards, it’s the time adults talk about their stuff and the children are sent to the lower levels of the host’s home. Then the children get restless, waiting for their presents, consistently annoy and irritate the adults until they finally get their way and open presents (works every time…)
We open presents, say our thank you’s, and socialize a bit more.
Guests/family goes home and we all live happily ever after.

Okay, I know this must be pretty boring to those who don’t celebrate Christmas (either that or a knowledge adventure!!). But, it was pretty fun.

That’s all for now. I feel like I’m forgetting something, though.

The Great Escape (Cover) by Nickasaur!

And here we are ladies, and gentlemen: the seventh post from Sara!!
Why is this a big deal do you ask? Because seven is my freakin’ number.

Anyway, it’s been a week (seven days!) since my last post (what are the odds? get it? ’cause seven’s an odd… screw it..) And not too much has been happening except awesomeness. This week was a LOT better than last week, and it’s all ’cause of these [fellow] losers I call my real friends.
But real friends aren’t just friends that give you shit, they’re the kind that *ramble ramble ramble*…
Either way, I got me a present

So this week was Candy Cane week or whatever when my school sold two candy canes for a dollar and the first two days of the week I bought two candy canes for two of my very special friends Megan and Katie.
On the third day, they surprized me with a bouquet of candy canes.
Yes, thirteen candy canes tied up by Cira’s hairband (and what do you know, it’s the thirteenth of December and thirteen is one of my fave numbers, hooray!!).
I almost cried from how estatic I was (me? estatic? go figure, it was candy after all).

According to unnamed sources, there were going to be fourteen but this one girl who also goes by the name of Sara (no, not my younger “sister”) ate one of them.
Oh, how I loathed her the rest of the day.

But, that was out of my hands, I did get thirteen of them, but it’s not the number of candy canes I got, its the meaning that counts! I’m proud to say that many people asked me for one candy cane (they offered me money and this one kid on my bus offered me a whole pack of gum!) but I turned them all down. Even my other friends weren’t allowed to even touch them.

So far, I’ve only eaten one candy cane; and I think that’s all I’m gonna eat.

As lovingly as I could be, I bid you all farewell.

Homecoming by Hey Monday

Now, being inspired by my wonderful friend Alex (read her blog at http://happyatthemoment.wordpress.com/ its much better than mine from my perspective) talking about her hilarious dreams about her beloved -insertnamehere-, I’m going to tell you a dream I had last night. “Don’t tell us, Sara, show us!” Fine, demanding bitches.

I was standing in front of my beloved, and he gave me a smile that accepted all the things I was sorry for.
Then I told him, “I love you.”
(Doesn’t sound at all like me so far, right?)
Then his eyes bugged out and flipped and I apologized.
I then woke up.

In the end, it kinda left me feeling saddish (when, I usually like to beat the shit out of depression).

But, that must have been pretty boring, right? Boring dream. Very? Yes. No. Maybe?
That should be my poll, but no.
‘Cause this computer that I’m not won’t let me work with adding new polls. Ugh.

Anyway, today’s title I think is the longest and has nothing to do with this blog so far.
So, I’ll make it have something to do with this blog.

Hey Monday, is an awesome band. Some people are all like “omg they’re lyk Paramore~! i love them now!”
No. They’re not Paramore, you assholes. They are their own band and Paramore has a more edgy feel. Hayley from Paramore has more raw and fierce (fericioiusly uncontrollable) voice whilst (I love that word) Cassadee from Hey Monday has more of a girly and punkish (punkishly feminine) voice. Paramore’s look is more Hollywood nowadays and Hey Monday’s is more streetish-skaterish.
Shall I go on?
Now stop going on and on about how Hey Monday is so much like Paramore and I won’t make you cry by crushing your dreams.

I have made people cry.
They were wussies.

Anyway, more on the positive side of Hey Monday. Songs I really recommend by them are Homecoming, Candles, and Run Not Walk. Homecoming (they’re number one song, I think) is a really upbeat song about how summer is over and everyone’s going back to school, and that she sees her ex-boyfriend (ex-lover, ex-crush, etc.) and now she’s coming back and falling apart or falling for him again, she missed him, etc. Somewhere along those lines, anyway. Candles is a slower song; it’s pretty much a song that makes you feel good and up-lifts you. Run Not Walk is really edgy and plain fun. All of these songs are from their debut album, Hold On Tight.
Thank you so much, my other friend Sara, for introducing me to Hey Monday, as of last night (12/5/08).

Cartel? Yes, it does mean poster in spanish (unless my spanish teachers have lied to us all, gasp!). It’s also a band. I’m not a huge fan, but a song that is half-decent to me is Wasted. That’s it. About boy, gets killed in car accident, I think?

Listen to both bands. Feel free to love it/hate it/screw it over.
I don’t really care. Just as long as you don’t say “omigod it’s Paramore!”, you’ll be okay.

And then there’s Leo. Oh, Leo.
Leo is my little brother (not biologically; he moved to my neighborhood a while back and as of this year, him, the wonderful Sara who recomended Hey Monday, and I are brother sister.) Leo and Sara are twins, and I am the older sister. And the list of fake relatives goes on and on (and then there’s Katie, who is my puppy?).
Anyway, we were watching Stick It, the badass movie about gymnastics, and Leo was enjoying it.
Enjoying it.
Sara and I were both so shocked to see this pervish side of Leo; we cracked up so hard.
Then, when I had to go home, Leo said “I was holding it all back, but now I just can’t.”
Leo, congratulations, you are now a man.
Enjoy your growing pains. (The other Sara thought it was groin pains. Ah, Sara. What in the world is in you’re ears?)
Tehee.

All in all, my week sucked until when I got home yesterday and hung out with Sara and Leo.

Now, I’m going to make you wait for the story about Pokemon cards and how it caused us to beat up Leo and Joey.
Oh yes. The agony shall rip you to shreds.

Rocketships and Radios by Nickasaur!

Okay, my day was soo friken terrible in the morning (the first five and a half hours since 8:30 AM).
First, I woke up late and had to rush out of my sweet, sweet bed and ran out of the door into a winter wonderland.
I am not a snow person, people.

Then, we had to watch this documentary about World War I in Social Studies.
I don’t exactly enjoy watching people’s heads blow off their necks or watching people suffer from shell shock.
I’m kinda anti-war/pro-peace (no matter how many times I joke about how much I wanna blow this one kid’s head off, chinese water torture them, hang them by toes in front of  clowns, etc .)

And I don’t feel like typing up the rest.
Yeah, that’s how suckish it was.

Mary’s Song (Oh, My, My, My) by Taylor Swift

Anyway, I had a very nice Thanksgiving.

Anyway, I officially have made Vampire Knight my favorite Japanese show (other than Human Tetris for those of you who are just as dorky as me and actually know what Human Tetris is. “You can Google it,” -Edward Cullen).

It’s a show about vampires (gasp! I had no idea!), and it focuses on the typical drama kicker: the love triangle. This time it’s a complicated relationship between Yuuki (female), Zero (male), and Kaname (male). But, I’m not going into it much ’cause then I’ll start ranting about how their animation quality started to drop (very badly) in the seventh episode of the first season.
Yep. I’m that precise.
Impressed? No?
Whatev.

I had the need to mention it because the second season (Vampire Knight Guilty) was released quite recently (if you look at it from a studio standpoint, a month or two ago is considered “recent”) and the storyline exceeded what the first season had. Even though some things really confuse you, trust me, it’s all cleared up in the end. And the most recent twist (I’m on ep. 8 s. 2, that’s the latest episode that has been released because at this point in time, the series is still running/presenting new episodes) has torn my heart into pieces and I cannot wait until next weekend.

Is it just me or are more than half of Taylor Swift’s songs about love, breaking up, making up, typical high school/fantasy love drama.

All Around Me by Flyleaf

Oh, my dearest bloggers, I have not forgotten thee.

The past couple two days [[I know; it's been for-ever]] haven’t been that exciting. Nothing new except for my news of my day.

Okay (insert heavy sigh here) so today was a positive one. Except for a bunch of girls whom I was spending *counts with fingers* four and a half hours with kinda made it not as good, but I feel like I’m confusing you at this point in time.
Don’t worry, I’ll walk you through this one…

So, I spent most of my day at a friend’s house; we were supposed to watch four movies. We were planning to see (in this order) The Notebook, (another movie that I don’t remember the name of), Penelope, and The Clique. Several things contridicted our plans.

1. The sound on her TV was malfunctioning
2. The only way we could see those movies was in her basement, which was being used by her younger sibling
3. She didn’t have the movies (but she did have other movies that weren’t as promising)

In the end, we played games.

First, we played a board game (Cranium I think it was called…) which was rather difficult because there were twelve girls total and the setting was just not very easy to play on. Second we played Mafia (the game I assure you), suggested by yours truly. The game is rather simple to explain and play when several girls (whom I mentioned a little earlier) aren’t screaming, yelling and laughing.

We played this game (which was rather difficult) the majority of the time we were there, until many of the girls (including me) were getting pretty sick of it. So, we finished up the round and started playing another game I suggested: Honey, I Love You.

We had to have a very important rule or else this wouldn’t be a very “appropriate” game: you were not allowed to touch the other person. The game is really quite fun when you have players who are good, bad, and so-so at it. In this case, only four of us (thats a third, people) showed some promise in not smiling, and only two (a sixth) were exceptionally skilled at the game.

My apologies, beloved readers, no rant today.

Bella’s Lullaby by Carter Burwell

How has your day been so far?
Good? Bad? Asi-asi [[for those of you who take Spanish]]?
Well, my day was half-decent.

For you nincompoops you don’t know, I am a diehard Twilight fan.

I started reading the series last year in LA (Language Arts) and have loved it since; even though there are some things I don’t like about the book (which may not make me a “diehard” fan, but that’s debateable), I still am a devoted fan to the series.

Although, I’m not a screaming fangirl. There’s a ha-uge difference between a fangirl and an educated fan. I’ve read all the books, I showed my enthusiasm for the movie (during the movie by screaming for the Cullens, Edward, Jacob, etc.; there was a dark period in time when I doubted in the movie’s preformance, though), and other things.

So, the reason I bring up the Twilight subject sparaticly sporadically (theres my use of dictionary.com again) is because I saw the movie twice. Once on Friday, and once today (Sunday). Sadly (sort of), I’m not able to cry during movies in theatres, only on my couch in my basement or in my bed watching it on my DVD player. While I was sitting there, not crying, these dorks I call my friends (sorry Megan, can’t hang out tomorrow, previous plans) were crying during different parts in the movie.
Just felt like blogging about my friends’ and my own crying patterns.

For those of you who want to go see the movie but don’t want to spend $6-$15 (depending on where you live) because you think it might be a waste of money, trust me, it’s not. It’s true that they left some parts out of the book, but since when have they made a movie that hasn’t?! It is pretty much impossible to make a movie that is under three hours for a best-seller book that is 400+ pages long.
Now if they were making a TV show about it (okay two things about that: (1) you have to admit it’d be pretty cool (2) wouldn’t it be pretty expensive) and they still left out parts of the book, that would be unacceptable.

Still, the movie was pretty fantastic.

• Edward was charming.
• Bella was a klutz (I didn’t need dictionary.com for that word; I know it all too well).
• Jacob Black + Billy  Black= teehee
• Rosalie? just like the book (kitty with claws)

Anyway, no rants today; I apologize for ze bad blog.
